mangaldas market

Inside the cloth market in Mumbai, I bought some fabric and had pants and a kurta made. Now I just need to learn to sew, at least a pillow case or curtains. Jess gave me one lesson in portland.

again photo stealing, anna won't ever download her photos on my comp again. See her blog if you want to see some really nice photos of India. It is in Dutch.

bleuvelo,

interesting blog and pics. I say this because I am an Indian living in USA and we are both having cross cultural experiences of either countries.

Hope you have a good time in Bombay, recommend you to visit my hometomn Bangalore which I feel is way better than B

I love all these colorful fabrics! A good college friend of mine visits India regularly with her husband (he's Indian), and she brought me back a sari! While I have nowhere to wear it, I now crave more of them! They're just so pretty and colorful!
